COMPARING RESERVATIONS OFFICES

Photos From the reservations front. This is the office that Reservations Agents from a New York Hotel were moved to.   The Union , when advised of these conditions prevailed on management to move the agents to a more acceptable space.  See news for background info.

Now check out the offices of our $8 an hour counterparts in Fall River MA.

What a far cry from New York. Since they are paid so little I guess management can afford a nicer facility.  However, I am told that the Call Center is run more like an assembly line or sweatshop in which the agents are literally tethered to their desks.  I guess that is the price to pay for a more comfortable facility.  Perhaps they should unionize. (hint ..hint)
